Capability · Documentation library

Datasheets by revision, certificates by validity, ITPs, past bids — indexed once, cited everywhere

The product documentation that answers tenders, kept current: revisions tracked, certificate expiry watched, past claims verified against current documents.

Why the library is the product

A compliance matrix is only as good as the documents behind it. Most bid teams keep theirs in a shared drive: three revisions of the same datasheet, a certificate that expired last quarter, a past bid everyone copies from without checking. The library is where those problems are fixed once.

What is indexed

Datasheets (per revision), test certificates and type approvals (with validity), ITPs and quality procedures, O&M manuals, GA drawings (title blocks and notes), past technical responses and matrices, and any standards texts the company owns.

Revision and validity

Every evidence citation carries the datasheet revision. Certificates are checked against the tender's validity period; citations of expiring certificates are flagged with the renewal status.

Past bids

Indexed for structure and phrasing. When a past Comply is a candidate for reuse, it is verified against the current document; unsupported claims are listed for the bid manager, not copied.

Confidential

The library stays in your tenant, is used only for your bids, and is never used to train models.
