Quality and certification

The QA lead who owns the certificates the matrix depends on

Inspection requirements, certificate editions, material certification levels, notified-body modules — the matrix cites your documents, and they expire.

Evidence that expires

Certificates have dates; tenders have validity periods; awards come months after submission. The library watches the overlap and flags citations of certificates that will not be valid when it matters.

Inspection requirements

Matched against your ITPs and procedures rather than product literature. Where a requirement needs a hold point you do not have, it comes to you as a specific item, not a general request to "review the inspection section".

Editions and levels

Standards edition mismatches and certification-level requirements (3.1 vs 3.2, PED modules, NACE) are extracted explicitly, because they are where tenders are quietly lost.
