Draft response, deviation table and question lists

House style, inline citations, highlighted open items, the buyer's deviation format, engineer questions ranked by blocking, clarification questions.

Technical response

Drafted section by section against the register, in the structure and phrasing learned from your past responses. Each claim carries its evidence inline. Paragraphs depending on a Needs-engineer item are highlighted and listed at the top of the document until resolved.

Deviation table

Partial and Deviate lines flow into the buyer's required layout (read from the instructions to tenderers): clause, requirement, deviation, justification, alternative, cost impact. Cost impact is left for commercial and marked.

Engineer question list

Each Needs-engineer item becomes a closed question with the exact gap and the closest evidence attached. Ranked: blocking (mandatory requirement with no Comply path) → price-impacting → other. Grouped by discipline. Answers update the matrix; answers that establish a new capability can be saved to the library as declarations.

Clarification questions to the buyer

Ambiguities (edition unspecified) and conflicts (spec vs data sheet) are drafted as questions in the buyer's format, each citing the clauses in conflict, within the Q&A window. Issued answers update the register.

Multi-lot

One register with lot applicability; one matrix per lot; shared requirements decided once; combined question list.

Exports

DOCX (response), XLSX (matrix, deviation table), PDF (question lists). Templates for your house formats can be uploaded.
