Getting started

Library first, then the first live tender: product range, documents, two past responses, and a matrix within hours.

Before you start

An early-access agreement (or Marketplace subscription once listed); a bid-desk owner; one product range's datasheets, certificates and ITPs; two or three past technical responses.

1. Workspace

One workspace per bid desk (Bid desk plan) or per product line / region (Multi-line). Invite users: bid manager, proposal engineer, engineer (answers questions), QA, commercial (fills cost impact).

2. Library

Upload datasheets (all revisions), test certificates and type approvals, ITPs and quality procedures, O&M manuals, GA drawings, and past technical responses. Indexing runs the same day. Confirm the proposed structure once: which datasheet revision is current, which certificates apply to which ranges, which past responses represent the house style.

3. First tender

Upload the package. The register is built; review it (strike narrative extractions that are not requirements). The coarse matrix runs; review the Partial lines and the Needs-engineer question list.

4. Engineers and commercial

Send the question list; answers update the matrix. Pin the offered datasheet revision. Generate the deviation table; commercial fills cost impact. Export the draft response.

5. Addenda and clarifications

Upload addenda as they arrive; the register is diffed and changes flagged. Draft clarification questions within the Q&A window.

6. After submission

Forward buyer clarification rounds; answers draft from the matrix. Tag the outcome.

Early access

Some capabilities on this site describe designed behaviour not yet live. The workspace shows what is enabled.

Tender Answer is in early access.

We are onboarding a small number of design partners with real documents and real deadlines. Tell us what you work on and we will set up a workspace with your material.
